The "Sweet Dandy" trend is something about dressing in a neutral way. One joke about this trend is that a girl gets up in the morning but can't find any of her clothes around. As she needs to go anyway, she simply picks up the clothes of her boyfriend and goes out. Then she finds that she's at the front of Spring and Summer 2006 fashion trend. Ha! Ha!
